Three-In-One Handheld laser machine with various functions and only in one machine unit.
HanWei Laser researchs and develops the whole set of three-in-one laser machine : Handheld laser head → Laser control system → Wobble control system → Wire Feeding device.
HanWei Laser Independent develops the full set and put on the market. Products with ergonomic concept and design, think through the welding,cleaning and cutting technology applicability and comfort for long-term use (Weight 0.7 kg). And have the safety lock: Output the laser only when the nozzle touch the workpiece to prevent harming others. Adopt drawer type of protection lens setting for convenience of users themselves for a replacement.
The handheld laser head with laser beam range adjustment, light weight, more depth of fusion advantages to adapt to use in different scenes.


Three-In-One Handheld Laser Machine Different Working Mode Switching:

1.Laser Welding Function :

The Three-In-One Handheld Laser Head welding function is same as special handheld laser welding head. Just in the control system have one more function for switching Laser Cleaning mode.

2.Switching cleaning mode from welding mode just need to click CLEANING button in touch screen monitor. Then tore down the front welding part of handheld welding head, After that replace the special focus lens.

 

3.Switching cutting mode from welding mode, just need to replace a special cutting nozzle.

All of switching process in Three-In-One Handheld laser head is simple and easy to operate.
