Product Description : 

The principle of circular spot laser welding mainly relies on the special design of the laser, where the spot is presented as a ring, divided into inner and outer rings, and can independently control the energy of the inner and outer rings, thereby accurately controlling the heat input during the processing. This design provides a larger process window width and stronger compatibility, allowing laser welding to be flexibly applied in different industrial scenarios. The advantages of circular spot lasers include:
1. Widely used : Compared to traditional single fiber lasers, ring spot lasers have a wider range of power adjustable spaces and can adapt to more process requirements.

2. Multipurpose: A set of circular spot equipment can flexibly change the usage mode, opening the inner or outer ring separately, or using both inner and outer rings simultaneously, achieving various functions such as preheating, post-treatment, surface treatment, modification, etc.

3. Low spatter attribute: By using the outer ring laser to expand the keyhole opening, the possibility of keyhole collapse is reduced, thereby reducing spatter during the welding process and improving welding stability and quality.

The application principle of ring spot laser involves customized couplers, which couple two optical modules into the core layer and ring core layer of the fiber to form a beam of laser. This design allows the energy density of the fiber core layer to be higher than that of the ring core layer at the same position and height. Therefore, during welding, the spatter generated by the fiber core layer is enclosed by the beam of the ring core layer, reducing the generation of spatter and achieving a welding process with no or low spatter.


AMB laser is a special type of laser, whose output spot is distributed in a circular pattern, which is different from traditional Gaussian spot. Its main parameters are as follows:
1. Output power: The output power of a ring spot laser is generally between a few hundred watts to several thousand watts, and even higher. Lasers of different powers are suitable for different occasions.
2. Wavelength: The wavelength of a circular spot laser can be common red light, green light, blue light, etc., or other wavelengths. The performance and application of lasers may vary depending on the wavelength.
3. Beam quality: The beam quality of a circular spot laser is generally higher, with an M2 value usually below 1.2, which can provide better focusing effect and processing accuracy.
