Use Diode laser have preheating to increase absorptivity and keyhole. At the same time laser out to weld aluminum thereby reduce defection of gas hole burst. And also increase stability of molten pool at high speed. Increase welding quality.
Reduce welding energy of single wavelength thereby increase welding speed.
