The equipment Work Environment : 

   Under the condition of controllable cooling water, please use the machine under these conditions : Ambient temperature 0~35ºC, ambient humidity below 85%, without sharp temperature change. In addition, the service life of machine will be affected if it is used in the following situations:
   The environment with lots of rubbish, dust, oil mist. Shock and pound. Touch the medicinal and chemicals. Nearby High frequency interference source. Dews easily. With high concentration of CO2, NO2, SO2.
   When the environment temperature below 0ºC, inner side of the machine can be frozen and cause to damage of machine. Please keep no dews inside of machine.
   In the place, where is easily dews on the lens, appear stain and fog spot at surface of YAG crystal and Optics. Be sure to prevent high sharp temperature change.


Structure and Working principle : 

   HW laser welding equipment is mainly composed of five parts: Optical part, Cooling system, CPU numerical control system, laser source, PID temperature control power feedback.


   Hanwei YAG laser welding equipment is through the PID temperature's power feedback to control high energy pulse laser for achieving laser output stability. At first the laser generator ignites the pulse xenon lamp to form laser wave with a regulation frequency and regulation pulse width. This laser wave through a condenser cavity carries on radiation to Nd³⁺: YAG laser crystal, Stimulate Nd³⁺: YAG laser crystal output laser. Then Resonance through laser resonant cavity output pulsed laser with 1064nm pulse. This pulse laser through beam expanding,reflection, focusing, after that working on welding material. Under the computer system control to achieve to welding. According to needed differences pulse frequency, pulse width could be set different laser power.
